Never had phone messages or emails returned regarding appraisal waiver. Left several messages, sent several text messages and emails and zero reply’s.

The staff was committed and on top of everything.

I’ve dealt with Steve twice now and both times have been very pleasant. He and his staff are very friendly and easy to work with and I would definitely call him again for any more future transactions.
