This process was a lot different than what I have experienced before. Not sure why, but glad after the very long process. Some things I felt were unnecessary and communication could be better.

Better information on the process when started.

Mike Yutzy was a great help in our refinance. He was able to work with ua to get the rate we wanted, and we truly appreciate it.

Fast and friendly all the staffs are great, helpful and they know exactly they talking about and they don’t leave you unless you understand what’s going to happened throughout your loan is finished. I truly recommend Steve Schauer.

Great communication. The team worked diligently to ensure my loan was approved in a reasonable and timely manner. I already recommended them to a friend.

Larry was able to get me a loan for a good rate in LV even under the special circumstances without completely being moved to the state.
