The penalty for not signing escrow on 09/10/2021 was unfair, you guys chose not to be prepared to have a solution on a sensitive matter like COVID-19, you chose to wait 10 days and then you make me pai for it? Not happy about it.

having updates were we were at in the process was nice to see.negative- how long it took to get this thru. Started in April and closed in Oct. Seems pretty slow.The people were great no complaints thier. Overall process just seemed way to long....
