My only complaint was there were are least 3 people that were sending e-mails from the bank. Add that to all the e-mails from moving companies and real estate for selling and buying, it made it more complicated to categorize emails.
Nicky and her staff were personable, knowledgeable and made us feel welcome in our new home state.
