Meagan was great at troubleshooting challenges in completing the loan process. The Mortgage Academy app made it easy to follow along with the steps in completing the purchase of our home.
Overall I think it was good service. My one concern was that on a couple of occasions I asked some questions about different options and the questions were not addressed. That would have pushed it to great.
Brad and Allie are great to work with. Very patient and knowledgable.

Knowledge and level of service provided.
Working with Brad and Allie was a fantastic experience! They kept me in the loop the entire transaction. We had an unusual glitch happen on the day of signing and they went in to overdrive to get the deal done! Impressive!
