It was overall a good experience. There were some definite communication issues near the end that I think could have been navigated better but overall it was good.
I provided the paperwork and it was just smooth. Didn't have to play 500 questions, well informed the whole time, just a smooth and simple process.

I sent in docs on June 2nd and was responded with "recieved", and on June 8th I was requested to submit the same documents cause they didn't have them. Closimy date was scheduled for June 10th We closed on June 12th
