Academy Mortgage had everything ready and prepared prior to closing. All the employees were pleasant and knowlageable.
Allie was quick at responding to questions and changing conditions within the loan process and keeping me up to date along the way.

Meagan is usually very quick to respond which is a huge deal to me. If she doesn’t know an answer to something she’s always quick to find out what we need to know.
We had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for my husband and both we and Academy mortgage tried many things. It was very frustrating. The team did find a solution and sent the paperwork by email using a different method.
