sorry, I really had no contact with this Lender. I know I had to remind the buyers agent a couple times that we had not had the Appraisals ordered. Everything else seemed to run smoothly. I represented the seller.
Ellen made my homebuying process much easier than it could have been. She is friendly, personable and has an amazing way of explaining financial issues in a way everyone can understand .

She is a one of a kind!! Always responsive and on top of everything. This is the second loan I have done with her and it went smoothly just like the first!
