Information and communication was timely and always clear. With any questions that arose, explanations were clear and individuals were responsive. The process was quite easy to navigate. .
Throughout the home-buying process, from the house search and loan approval, through to the closing, Marlene was always professional, responsive, and supportive. I knew that I was getting a loan that worked for me and my family.
