It was an easy process. Some things were hard to understand even with videos sent, but in the end it all worked out.
Clients voiced multiple time that appointments where not keep, and communication was not on point. So, ratings are based on their experience, and from the feedback I received. At this time I would not be inclined to send people your way.
Jess was always there to answer questions….it was like he was right next door…during the day it seemed like I could hear him talking mortgages and giving me the confidence to move forward. Thanks Jess!
