mainly worked with Brady and enjoyed his knowledge on the reverse mortgage. He gave us good advice, and he has a pleasant personality.
Zach was clear, direct, and straight to the point on what our best options were. He was very collaborative throughout the process and great to work with!

Communication is big to me. I had to ask the buyers agent for updates and never heard from anyone at guild at any point throug the transaction. But the loan got closed so - it was ok.
