Every step was very smooth. At closing Brady was very willing to make adjustments to the final documents to account for a much larger down payment.
Zach was always easy to get ahold of, answered any questions we had and always kept us updated through the experience.
Great experience working with Guild. I was a first time home buyer and had a lot of questions and a lot of things needed to be explained to me, and they did it in the best way to help me understand.
Zach was great to work with, answered all my questions; which I am sure was a lot of dumb ones as I was a first time buyer. Yet everything was explained to me in a very clear way.

:) helped me get a new home with only 5% down
I felt he was able to find us the mortgage we needed, after being unsuccessful for various reasons with other mortgage places. Not only did he and his team get us the mortgage, but he got it done on time.

Zach is the best loan officer in the country. Incredible customer service, fantastic sales skills, industry leading knowledge, and he's just a great, honest guy. Could not ask for a better loan officer or friend.
