Great communication!
Kathy was there as if she worked 24 hours a day just for us! We were approved in record time with a great loan. I actually enjoyed what would otherwise be a stressful ordeal, thanks to Kathy.

Jeff and his team are great communicators, helped us a lot in the process, and streamlined everything to simple and understandable terms. Great to work with and always answered our questions and would work extremely hard to help us out
Kathy was very clear about the process, explaining all the details and timeline clearly. She and her team were responsive and timely in communicating with us.
