Melanie and Amy are fantastic, honest, good people. They made the loan process the simplest part of my home buying experience. Straight forward, thorough communication.
Simple, straight forward communication. Anything I didn't understand was explained until I did understand. All numbers(rates, amounts, etc) presented at the beginning of the process were the same through out the entire process.
The attention to detail and listening to what I needed and wanted was super. Any questions I had were answered quickly and what could have been a stressful time was not - it was pleasant and easy. Thank you!
