Great customer service, they secured us a better rate than another bank we were working with and even caught their mistakes. It was a pleasant experience!
Melanie was able to secure us a better rate than the institution we were using prior and even found mistakes that were made with them. I also appreciated the cute little videos that were made at each phase to keep me informed.
