I was the listing agent however the buyer was able to get financing very quickly and the sale was closed before the final date which was wonderful. Thank you for all that you do. It was a great transaction.

Better communication for sellers agents. Intro call, Milestone updates. The bar is set pretty high with Emily Griffin/Guild in Mount Vernon and my Seabrook specialist James Nesbit. Emily sends me updates through video and James calls.
