There was a delay of approximately 4 hours to close because all of the necessary documents from the underwriters had not reached the title company. In the end, Jonathan came through and made closing happen on the scheduled day.

Jonathan was very professional and always prompt in returning calls or texts. He would always answer any question I had even if some were dumb. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a house..
