Great follow up and communication skills
Jon was extremely helpful and very courteous to me as I was very concerned about receiving a refinance . He walked me through the entire process like a pro and I appreciate everything he did for me
Jonathan was informative and explained each step of the process. He was patient, but made sure we stayed on tasked so things did not hold up the process. Be was great.
