Completed purchase
I am the listing agent so I didn't have any interaction with the lender until closing. There was a hiccup in the transaction that was not the fault of the lender and it was worked out quickly. Only delayed the closing a day.
Dave and his team were very responsive with communication. They really helped us out and I felt like they were very honest. Dave did everything he could to make sure we were able to afford our new house.
Jolene was amazing she walked us through all the stages. Would highly recommend for anyone and our future purchases! She was super patient even when our home in Colorado Springs fell through multiple times!
