It was really unfortunate that AJ called me 20 minutes before closing with the news that we would not be able to close. He said we were not able to get PMI but he had had the appraisal back for 3 weeks.

Was it unfortunate for you or for our client that we were not able to close this 10 days before the settlement deadline? It was at no benefit to our client that we close on the day you are referencing, he was going out of town the next day...
