The process was seamless and fast! Shawna & Guild were able to get closing moved up 10 days so that the buyers were able to close before Chriatmas. Great to work with as always!

Shawna is great to work with as a listing agent and buyer's agent. Her pre-approval process is strong and it never worries me she pre-approves someone. Also, her communication is very good. I know that I can get a hold of her pretty quickly....
