Lack of communication, costs were incurred that were not necessary, took over 2.5 months for a refinance, poor customer service.
The team worked hard to ensure it was painless through the refinance process. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Super responsive with any questions I had. They made sure I had all the facts! Alex was on top of things.
