Scott made the entire loan process so easy for me and my husband as first-time home buyers. He was always available to answer any question we had, and always picked up the phone to talk us through questions.
Todd is the man! Worked with me to great a great rate and got everything wrapped up in a timely manner. Also was always available for questions and anything I needed. Would recommend.

The process was fast and easy - and got a great rate! The documents were all passed electronically and signed electronically - making most all of the work possible to do remotely. I would not hesitate to use Guild again in the future.
Todd took care of everything and made the process very smooth! (He even came to us!!) We are a busy family with kids 100% virtual and we didn’t think we’d find the time to make this happen while rates are low. Thankful for Todd and Guild Mortgage...
