Guild is great, I work with them alot and I recommend them especially for first time homebuyers. They are very thorough and knowledgeable and explain situations to their buyers.
Casey answered the phone when I called and was very knowledgeable with all the situations we found ourselves dealing with. We had a stressful closing but she was on to of it the whole way.
Michael was fantastic from start to finish.The underwriters would give him conflicting information on some forms that was requested.
