Adam and Guild always make purchasing a home a much easier process than other companies I have used.
This is my 5th mortgage with Guild and I won't use another lender. Adam always makes things happen . Guild makes the home buying process much easier thank companies i have used in the past.
the lender for the buyer kept me informed with good communication and we had a smooth transaction to closing

All the staff was very pleasant to work with and quickly responded when we had any questions and we never felt rushed or under a time constraint if we didn't unde something.

Excellent experience with loan personnel but agency with builder was a little not ok. I have a ugly light by my bathroom which was not in the model. I wasn't given a pick for light. I hate it.
