    Knew his job well. Answered all my questions. Even though it was during covid everything went smoothly. I didn't understand some things but he did great with help.

    I was given one price that I was pre-approved at and then told a few months later that I was not able to get that amount. I was also not informed that I needed a cashier's check or money order at closing and had to quickly make it to the bank....
