Cassandra's service was not customer oriented. She educated the buyer on a surface level and became frustrated when questions were asked.
Barney was incredible to work with. He listened to my situation and worked with me to find the best solution. He reached out proactively to check in and guided me through every step of the process. I'd highly recommend working with him.
