I had to bring in additional papers several times. Loan seemed to take longer than was expected, so as the months went by then I had to bring in monthly statements.
Everyone was professional and made us feel like they had our best interests in mind. Also made us feel comfortable, took the time to answer questions.
There was some communication lags. I think everyone was put of town. Was frustrating
