The speed by which the process worked. Exactly 5 business days from application to funds in bank! Interaction with our representative was very limited because the process was very quick and easy that did not require much outside help from him....

Everything was fine, Wish the appraisal process was better as the appraiser that was selected made multiple mistakes and put me in a bind with having to accept a higher rate and longer early payoff time.
From the first phone conversation with Malcolm to the finalizing of the loan, the whole process was easy and smooth!
