Good communication and availability with answers to my questions.
Joshua was very responsive.
The backoffice underwriting seemed to take longer than expected, but we understand the Statement Loan is a different process.
Joshua and the whole Griffin Funding Team who helped me with my Refi were quick, responsive, knowlegable and professional. I am very pleased with the whole experience!
