I was able to receive a HELOC based on other attributes beyond just work history/income. I got a better rate than my current mortgage company was quoting me. The process was easy and smooth, and really did not take that long to get funded....

Denise and Alicia been over backwards to cater to me all the hurdles we had to jump Paul the questions I had they both did awesome. We use them again and refer everybody I know.

Malik explained every step of the loan process. Even before taking the application his explanation of the diferent programs was excellent. He was in touch during the whole process until the closing day. I'm glad I got to work with him.
