Constant communication and updates . Always responsive and getting problems resolved in a timely manner
Denise was wonderful to work with; she has real talent working with customers over the phone. She explained the curious ins and outs of the non-QM mortgage market and was very responsive when I called with a problem or a question.

The pay out was weird with checks going to fluctuating accounts, long process took 45 days. But the best part is Denise she was helpful.
