Quick and easy, process worked out the way Larry said it would.

My communication was limited to Steve's staff. While they are awesome at process I would have been happier to deal with Steve regarding recommendations and advice.

Bridgette was pleasant to work with, helpful and courteous. There were times I wish communications were better. I think if cost estimates at the beginning were accurate instead of significantly lower, and if the closing estimates didn't change...

Kim is Wonderful! She has always takin care of me for being my lender in my first house in 1996 to now. I am most thankful to her reaching out to me giving me the option to refinance at the right time. She is definitely a 5 star! She cares...
