Very easy and reasonable to work with! John was always available when we had questions and always very friendly!
Steve was very good and responsive. Gabby was not familiar with the BAP plan and needs some training and more experience. Dealing with the title company was a big pain. I think Steve and Gabby could have been more proactive.
