This experience was be far the most hectic long overdue process, would not recommend this Mortgage.
Joel was always available to me when I had questions and he made sure to always update us along the way on the progress!

Process went smooth. Buyer was a little challenging at times and she was out of the area, but they worked through things with her and we closed on time.
