Tasha was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way we were able to understand and follow.

Tasha went above and beyond to help us through our mortgage process. She was always ready to deal with every dumb question i had, and made the process super easy. Couldn't of asked for a better person to deal with

Very nice and understanding people

IT was fast and easy. Everything was explained well and much of it was done online around my schedule!

Although we had some hangup with lack of communication, or miss communication. Jim handled everything in a personal way and yes, we would definanetly refer Jim for refinancing and new home mortgages.
