Only real challenge was with the uploading of documents. Some seemed repetitive and then wanting hard copies versus the uploaded document.

More communication with the Realtor he was in contact with the buyer. I use Michael Bleicher for my loan officer that is the only reason I would not use Michael Unkovich.
