We obtained the financing we needed even through repeated road blocks. Dart pushed to find ways to get the loan completed instead of trying to find ways to keep it from happening.

We had to make a last minute switch for a lender due to communication/follow through with our previous lender. We called Mike in a PANIC. We wanted to close on this construction loan fast because the last guy left us stranded and VERY behind....
