    Chris is always responsive. Even on the weekends! He is a good problem solver and is proactive at preventing situations from arising that would derail a transaction.

    Matt Becker put in the extra efforts to make our loan happen and keep things on time and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. When other mortgage companies didn’t even have the options to make it work for us, Embrace & Matt did

    Your processing department was very slow and waited along time to get back with you. It cause a delay with the title company’s money. Commutation with the department within the company could have been better also
