I ask lots of questions, Steve promptly responded, and called to explain things. He made me feel very much at ease.

Very easy. It seemed like Steve and group handled most everything for me. Much more seamless than previous experiences with other lenders. Highly recommended, and I know who I'll contact for our next home purchase!
