3/4 time doing a deal with him

Very transparent during the process. That made us very comfortable while getting our loan.

We had some issues with one of the ladies in the office (not Mrs. Thaggard) but my wife addressed that and the issue was resolved. Will definitely recommend folks to Embrace and the Thaggard’s!

Anytime I had a question Karen Thaggard got back to me immediately. Also called and gave us the option to lock in our rate just as rates were starting to increaase..
