I have used Mary 3 different times and she has done amazing each time! She knows what she’s talking about and packages the loan right the first time. If you want your loan closed, make sure to call Mary!

Communication about all fees ahead of time, communication of actual monthly payments, not estimated based on false tax rates. Listen to your customers when they say I cannot afford this even if you approved them for a higher amount.
