    Jamie was great throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we were in loop about what’s going on at every step. I am well aware we weren’t his only mortgage he was working on but we sure did feel like we were.

    The entire process was done over the phone and online which greatly increased convenience and accuracy. Jamie was always ready to answer questions or resolve any issues.
