Mike was awesome, explained everything well, made process so simple. I think communication was the best part, any questions or concerns I had he would respond very quickly.
Craig went above and beyond to answer every question throughout the process. He was always available for a quick phone call or swift to answer an email. Craig made our closing process feel simple.
Teresa was very professional. She took her time and very patient with explaining our loan estimate line by line. The entire loan process was seamless from start to finish. The best Mortgage Loan Officer.
