Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We felt well-supported and taken care of by Mike throughout the entire process. He was always available whenever we had any questions and made the entire process very easy. Thank you, Mike!
My husband took care of all the interaction so I am really able to answer this question. It all seemed very confusing, complicated and slow. When you remove one-on-one personal interaction the process is not good.
