Very helpful discussion at the start of the process. The website to submit documentation and get information about the process was super helpful and easy to use. The team was responsive to emails and questions in a timely manner.
Michelle was amazing and did a great job communicating with me and keeping me up to date on everything. She was patient with me when I had a lot of questions and we truly appreciate her help.
Mike was prompt, professional and explained everything clearly and concisely. Highly recommend !
