Chris is always there to answer questions and concerns. Even after hours he answers his phone.

Communication consistency has been a problem, sometimes the response was very timely, other times was just MIA.

I didn't receive confirmation of my loan until the last minute. Also there were several last minute items, one of which was a request that I prepay my mortgage insurance, a $10.5k item that I had not budgeted for. That type of last minute issue...
