Jennifer was very helpful to me in this process, a first-time homebuyer, and helped clear up many misunderstandings I had throughout the process. The portal for First Federal was also very nice and easy to upload/download/sign documents.

Robb was responsive to our requests not only during normal business hours, but also evenings and weekends. We had an expidited escrow process which made some communications a little tense, but it all worked out.
