Lorinda was straightforward. We paid off a ton of debt but it seemed like we still had to pay a lot to buy points down. Nonetheless we closed and Lorinda even showed up to closing!
Communication and follow through
Absolutely wonderful team to work with. We are on the West Coast moving to Virginia and Atlantic Mortgage was extremely responsive and easy to work with.
