Communication and response time to questions.
Communication was wonderful. Rich and his team made us feel very informed and comfortable with the whole process. This is my second mortgage with Rich and I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else should the need arise in the future.
The team made the whole process very convenient and the communication and the speed of which we got answers and responses back was excellent.
